POSTER INSTRUCTIONS

3 POSTER PRICES WILL BE ATTRIBUTED
1.Posters will be exhibited during the entire meeting.
2. Size : Maximum poster size must be (portrait orientation):1.20 meter (47.2 inches) length (vertical) x 0.84 meter (33 inches) width (horizontal). Please ensure that your poster does not exceed this size otherwise we will not be able to accommodate it.
3. To display your poster you will be given a number in the abstract book.
4. It will be a “flash presentation” of each poster during 1 min sharp. So please bring with you one slide summarizing your poster.
