Instructions to authors

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: * oral communication:  July 17

                                                    * poster : September 26

Abstracts must be submitted in English via the online submission system only.

Abstracts are accepted for poster and oral sessions.

All abstracts must contain the following items:

(1) Rationale of the work and objectives;

(2) Methods

(3) Main results and conclusion. 

The word limit for abstracts is 300 words.

How to submit your abstract :

1/ Go to SUBMIT page and create an account. The abstract submission software allows you to register with your email address and a password. You will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link contained in this email to finalize the creation of your account.Check your spam mailbox in case it will receive the confirmation email. 

2/ SUBMIT your abstract. PLEASE INDICATE the SESSION  NUMBER in which you would like to submityour abstract. The scientific committee may suggest another session; the applicant will be informed.

3/ Go to the REGISTER page and fill up your personnal details. Registering just means you are registered in our list of participants. You must go to " PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE" to activate your registration .
